I am not sure why but keep getting error message saying server not available, maybe pushing the latest version with the marshmallow update. But it’s because I updated the Google Play Services to 8.3.00, to fix it i deactivated Google Play Services and then installed the version before 8.3.00, all is back to normal, with latest versions of Play Store and Google App.
